Questions

Good to know.

What is Anchor?

A supportive AI companion for the moment you're spiraling, or right after. It remembers your people and your patterns, so coming back to yourself gets a little easier each time.

Is Anchor therapy?

No. Anchor is a supportive companion, not therapy, medical advice, or a crisis service. If you’re in crisis, help is available 24/7 at findahelpline.com.

Is it private?

Private by design, and precise about it. Speaking sends your voice to a speech service (AssemblyAI) to become text, because that is far more accurate than transcribing on the phone; you can switch to fully on-device in Settings, or just type. What you send goes to the AI to reply, and a distilled memory of what helps you syncs to your own private cloud space. No ads, no ad profiling, no ad tracking. Read or erase anything Anchor remembers, any time.

How much is it, and how do I cancel?

Anchor is a subscription, so it isn't free to use. Anchor Plus is $9.99/week or $69.99/year, and Anchor Pro is $24.99/week or $149.99/year; the only difference is how much you can talk. Yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial the first time you subscribe, so you can use everything before you are charged. Crisis support is always free on every tier, never behind the paywall. Cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings under Apple Account, Subscriptions.

How do I get Anchor?

Anchor is on the App Store for iPhone, and needs iOS 26 or later. Tap Download on iPhone above, and your yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial the first time.
